Microstrategy Development professional to be responsible for the design
and development of User Interfaces and web service development. The
primary technologies used in this position are Microstrategy, ASP,
Java, and XML.

DAY-to-DAY DUTIES:

- Understanding of business requirements

- Development and unit testing software modules

- Will work closely with business staff, developers, SQA and others to
ensure that project schedules are met with a high level of quality.


SKILLS REQUIRED:

- BS or BA degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent
work experience.

- 8 years IT experience

- 4 years of programming experience with 1 year of web based
technologies.


- 2 years of ASP programming experience


- 2 years of experience with Java


- 4 years experience with UNIX and shell scripts

- 2 years of web service development and XML

- 2 years of experience in relational databases

- 4 years of experience with Microstrategy development

- Strong interpersonal/communications skills with the ability to
interact effectively with team members and members of other departments


- Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to work
cooperatively with development peers and SQA
