Is Microsoft going to make the MetaData Scripter available as a free
download -- it seems silly to keep directing people to some book that is out
of print.

An alternate source is a TechNet distribution. It contains a Resource Kit
DVD/CD which contains all of the various Microsoft resource kits -- the
SQL2K Resource Kit is on there.
