I would like to know if there is any member property related with ragged
dimensions.

Using SQL Server BOL Dimension Geography example, I would like to know if
there is any property that can help me to know that the State member
[Geography].[Switzerland].[Switzerland] is not a "normal" member. It exists
because Switzerland don't have states.
