Default MDX Books - 10-26-2005 , 08:17 AM

Hi Everyone,

I just installed Analysis Services for SQL2K, and I was wondering if there
are any good beginners books for writing MDX scripts?

Kind Regards

Ricky

Hi Ricky,

There is an excellent book by Mark Witehorn, Robert Zare and Mosha
Pazumansky which was issued in 2002 and called "Fast Track to MDX" -
very practical, with lots of examples and with an excellent guidance.

You may also want to look for a book "MDX solutions" by George Spofford
( issued in 2001).

I just ordered both from www.bookpool.com - $52 shipped to my house.
Not bad......good books (so far from what I have seen).
