How can I make a cell read-only through programatically? What I want is to
lock a cell (and, of course, all its children) and any changes in its
ancestors do not change itself.

How can I do that?

Depends on the front end you're using...

With pivottables you can code otherwise perhaps you could use dynamic
security

I am using PivotTables but I dont want to lock on the Pivot Tables, I want to
do it on the OLAP Cube (Analysis Services OLAP) because It will impact in my
write-back process.
