I create new data source view diagrams in BI Dev Studio and save them -
but when I leave BI Dev Studio and come back they are gone! I see this
on multiple servers and with different databases including Adventure
Works. Anyone else see this behavior and know how to stop it?

I think I saw that. I think there was a bug about that.
Try this work around. Switch back to main diagram before you save.
