Carolina
I just started myself about a month ago. I started with a
great into book that covered many of the typical cubes and
task you will want to do. All around good into.

Step By Step Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services -
very well written.

Once you read that in my opinion you will see that the
next step is to learn the MDX language. For that I am now
reading and Fast Track to MDX. Is is co-authored by
Mosha - The guy who is actually responsible for the
Analysis Services product itself.

Just my opinion.

Some good books on OLAP and Analysis Services

1. Kimball, Ralph und Ross, Margy. "The Data
Warehouse Toolkit: The Complete Guide to Dimensional
Modeling". Wiley & Sons. 2nd ed. 2002.

2. Kimball, Ralph, Laura Reeves et.al. "The Data
Warehouse Lifecycle Toolkit : Expert Methods for
Designing, Developing, and Deploying Data Warehouses",
John Wiley & Sons,1998

3. Jacobson, Reed. "Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Analysis Services Step by Step", Microsoft Press,2000

4. Spofford, George. "MDX Solutions: With Microsoft
SQL Server Analysis Services". Wiley & Sons. New York,
2001.

Cheers,
