What would be MDX to retrieve the latest
value of a measure "A" realizing that although
most measures retrieve data based on the current
time period, a specific measure "A" should ignore the
current time period and always retrieve the latest value?
If this is not possible, then the latest value associated
with the last time period covered by query.
