I have this MDX query:

I need to extract only rows that have [Date].[Year]=[Periods].[Year] and
[Date].[Month]=[Periods].[Month]
what can I do this?

Do the dimensions: [Date] and [Periods] have similar structure? And can
you give an example of what the query results should look like - if the
[Date] and [Periods] members are related, should they be on independent
axes?
