Default AS and IIS in different boxes - 05-05-2004 , 11:54 PM

Hello, i have a question. It is possible to connect an ASP application
to Analysis Services, when IIS and AS Server is in different boxes?. I
am using integrated security for my application. IIS 5.0 and AS 2k. In
AS Server, there isnt an IIS server, is it possible?. What does i have
to do?

NT Credentials can only transfered one hop without using Kerberos
delegation.
By having 3 machines (client -- webserver -- AS Server), you have two hops.
BTW: This is true with ALL server products, you also run into this issue
with Exchange Server, file shares, SQL Server RDBMS.
