IIS Access to AS

I am planning to publish cubes via IIS

I read somewhere about granting the IIS account access to the cubes, thus
allowing users to access via the intranet

however I can not locate where I found this information, could somebody
point me in the right direction

Hi,

you'll find everything you need to know in BOL,
look for:
How to configure AS for the web,
Connecting Using HTTP,
or search for msolap.asp

this is all you need.
