I want to get MDX Specification - 06-13-2005 , 01:30 PM

I'd like to get MDX Specification in doc or pdf. But I cannot find where to
get it.

I expect it from Microsoft, because I know Mosha Pasumansky was one of the
authors of the OLEDB for OLAP specification that defined the MDX language.
