HTTP Connections to AS2000

I've followed the steps described in the following article
(http://support.microsoft.com/default...;en-us;279489), but I
couldn't establish a connection from Excel to AS2000.
The next message displays: "Cannot establish a connection. Not found".
AS2000 is installed in Windows Server 2003.
Any idea that helps me?
