I have never tried using surrogate keys with Analysis services. Not
sure how to generate a surrogate key and using the same in Analysis
Services.

The short answer is that you don't in AS. The surrogate keys are generated in the underlying data - ie the fact and dimension tables. You then create the cube schema as normal using AS, creating joins on surrogate keys rather than natural\production keys
