How to schedule the Analysis Services to process the specific/all Cubes and
Demension Tables at the specific time and day? I search within the Analysis

Create a Local Packages under SQL Server DTS in Enterprise Manager. You'll
find the yellow cube icon in SQL Server DTS, that is for Analysis Services.

After that, you can schedule the DTS package under SQL Server Agent - Jobs.
