how to retrive text data from fact table and display it in measure fields

If any of the dimensions use the transaction id at the
lowest level, you could simply add the employeename as a
property of the transaction.
That way, whenever you look at the facts at the
transaction level, you could see the employeename against
that transaction.
Does this pose a problem in what you want to do?
