How to order parent-child hierarchies in AS 2005?

Is there any way to order the parent-child hierarchy nodes by a specific
attribute (e.g. SortId) of the parent-child dimension? The parent attribute
does not accept any attribute relationship. If there is no way to do this
(it was very easy in AS 2000), then it should be considered a serious bug.

Never mind. There is a way to do it by ordering the child attribute.
