My question is can we list data for all dimensions members combination
in one go. This means that can I get whole fact table data. Please
provide example on sales cube if possible or any link regarding this
reference.

Why I need above query?

If AS or other OLAP has MOLAP structured data then by using above I
will be able to convert the structure to ROLAP and hence I will be able
to remove proprietry mutlidimensional database. (Migration from MOLAP
to ROLAP)

Can someone also provide me some good tutorial to creat a molap
database and cube from scratch in MSOLAP
