Hi, I just saw a tool which extracts the cube's metadata to Excel. The result is one summary table which shows all the dimensions and then one table for each dimension. The exported spreadsheet comprises all the settings which can be set using the Analysis Manager. This was the good news. The bad news is that I cannot remember the name of the tool any more. Has anybody an idea how to do this? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thx a lot, Thomas |

Thomas, You don't need a fancy tool for this, just open the file installdir>\bin\msmdrep.mdb in Access or from Excel.
