How do you add Analysis Services to Enterprise Manager ? It is already
installed, just want to use the console...

You can go to run command, type MMC and then add-in whichever snap-ins you
want. It's nice to have EM, AS and computer services all in one MMC. You
save this shell as whatever you want it named and access EM from there.
