I have an Excel speadsheet attached to a cube. The cube consists of Measures.Sales Measures.Cost Measures.Cost/Sale (calculated) Dimensions: PublicationName PublicationDate Question: There are many Publication rows in the Excel spreadsheet that have only zeros/blanks for all the measures. The user wants to automatically suppress them. Can I do this at the cube end? Thanks, S.Kumar |

In Excel if you right click on a field in the PivotTable and choose Field Settings menu item, there should be a check box labeled Show items with no data. Unchecking this should do the trick. - Matt Carroll -- This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
