Default How do I Collecting User &field Statistics in OLAP - 10-04-2005 , 12:47 PM

We are using an Analysis server cube that our users connect to using excel
pivot tables and data analyzer. Can someone tell me if it is possible to
collect user and field statistics on the use of our cubes? I'm thinking that
I would like to understand which fields are being pulled most frequently and
would also like to understand which users are connecting to our OLAP cubes
most frequently.
If someone knows how to do this could you please post a note.
Thanks in advance.
Josh

If you set the query logging on the server to every 1 query (it defaults
to only logging every 10th query) you will be able to see which levels
of each dimension are being used in queries, but running the Usage Based
Optimisation wizard, but unfortunately I don't know of any way of
printing out this information.

Hello,

If you use AS 2005 (fior now beta) you could trace all mdx statements sent
to server.
