This question is better asked on the microsoft.public.data.xmlanalysis
newsgroup
which is dedicated to XMLA.
My initial guess is that the virtual directory is not configured properly,
or
you are trying to use NT integrated security across
2 hops (client-to-XMLA Server-to-Analysis Server) with is not possible
without Kerberos.
