what s the authentication used in IIS ?
NTLM, or Basic? (try Basic authentication first)

have you disabled the anonymous access?
does your AS server is on the same server has IIS?

does the second PC can access the server? open iternet explorer and type:
http://<server>/msolap.asp

verify that you have the latest drivers installed on the PC. (execute the
ptslite.exe file to install the drivers)
