Default HELP! SP3A - 12-13-2003 , 08:37 PM

Someone else have this issue? Never never seen it before;
installing SQL2000 on 2003/ent - install of DB & OLAP
works fine. Upgrade to 3A, DB goes fine, OLAP install
falls over with:

An error occurred during the data move process: -135

I've seen reference to the error on the KB but not number
135. I tried the solutions mentioned (checked the Root Dir
in the registry, set permissions on the files, etc.)
however, cannot get around it. Log says:

21:13:23 Component Move Data
21:13:23 An error occurred during the move data process: -
132
21:13:28 Stop MSSQLServerOLAPService Service
21:13:28 The service was unable to stop [1062]
21:13:30 End Setup

HELP? NOTE: Removal of SQL Server completely and doing a
re-install produces the SAME result! As well, nothing in
the Event log.

Thanks in advance for any assist!

Found the explaination elsewhere in Setup; shutting down
all services (changing them to Manual), rebooting then
installing works!!!
