Is it possible to run msmdarch.exe from a machine that doesn't have the OLAP
manager installed? What dlls, etc, need to be present in order for it to
run?

We are trying to use this tool to initialize an OLAP cube on a remote
machine. We've got msmdarch.exe and msmdarch.dll present (and registered)
on the machine we're running it from.

We're pulling our hair out trying to determine why this tool fails to work
properly - it exits with an error level, but there is no way to determine
WHY it failed - no event log entries, nothing. Very frustrating.

Help!
