Default Help: how to get support of Microsoft for SQL2K Analysis Services OLAP - 01-05-2004 , 05:47 PM

Hi,

What is the procedure to obtain formal support from microsoft for
SQL2K Analytical Services OLAP? do you know a web site for this?

The standard microsoft support webpage asks for a product-id of
sqlserver, which we don't have - we have an MSDN subscription?

Please advise.

Thanks,
ralph

For products shipped on an MSDN subscription, you get certain number
of phone support incidents plus managed newsgroup support. The
telephone number to call is on the following URL, there is also a link
to associate your MSDN subscriber ID with an email address to
guarantee replies in the manged newsgroup:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscripti...rt/default.asp
