it does not work when use DSO 8.0 to connect AS2005, someone told me to
use DSO 9.0 ,but where can I get DSO 9.0 ,thank all very much.

There is a DLL on the distribution kit that you install (or include it in
the AS2K5 installation). However, you should be aware that this DLL is only
to be used when admnistrating a database which has had the migration wizard
ran against it. If you modify anything in the database to make the
underlying model use AS2K5 features and properties, then you must start
using AMO. It is only useful for migrated-only objects.

If you are writing this application in .NET you will have to interop.
I would recomend using AMO for .NET app. If you want to script it out
use ODL.
