I created an analysis services project on my local computer and trying
to deploy it to the server where I have the actual databases. The
destination server has the relational as well as AS2005. However when I
try to deploy I get several errors. Below are a few examples. Could you
please help me understand what I am doing wrong and how do I deploy the
project.

Error 1 OLE DB error: OLE DB or ODBC error: Login timeout expired;
HYT00; An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the
server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused
by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow
remote connections.; 08001; Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a
connection to SQL Server [53]. ; 08001. 0 0

Error 2 Errors in the high-level relational engine. A connection could
not be made to the data source with the DataSourceID of 'DS_CO', Name
of 'DS_CO'. 0 0

Error 3 Errors in the OLAP storage engine: An error occurred while the
dimension, with the ID of 'Geographic Dimension', Name of 'Geographic
Dimension' was being processed. 0 0


Error 4 Errors in the OLAP storage engine: An error occurred while the
'Zip5' attribute of the 'Geographic Dimension' dimension from the
'ConsumerInventory' database was being processed. 0 0
Error 5 Errors in the high-level relational engine. The database
operation was cancelled because of an earlier failure. 0 0

Is your AS2005 server running under the same domain credential as your
local machine? Also make sure the domain account you run under has
access to the relational data source.
