I have a fact that records the usage of hours from a pool of given hours.
Users have asked for a graph that will show the %age of hours used in a
given period. And also for all the dates in that period.

The pool of given hours is not related at all to the date dimension where
as the usage fact is.

Do I need to build 2 cubes and then a virtual cube for this? Is there any
other way of doing this?
