Getting MDX representation of a data cell

Is there a way I can obtain the entire Tuple expression in MDX when
dealing with a single cell?
In our cube UI application, if the user clicks on a cell, we want its
expression to be displayed such as
([Country].[USA].[CA],[Measures].[Sales],[Warehouse].[All Warehouses])

if you are query the cube via the
cellset loop throught the filteraxis.
