I have a standard date DIM used in many cubes. It has Year > Qtr > Month > Week > Day. The newest cube I have finished is an InventoryValuation cube which takes a snap shot on inventory levels once a month. Since the data is always going to be monthly is there anyway I can specify that in this cube the lowest level of the date DIM should be month? I would like to due this without having to create a seperate Date DIM . Thanks for the help -mike |

-----Original Message----- Mike, a shared dim can have different granularity in different cubes. This is accomplished by disabling level(s) within the cube editor. public @ the domain below www.tomchester.net "Mike Morse" <mike.morse (AT) micromo (DOT) com> wrote in message news:067501c3c4c7$cd5f0b80$a601280a (AT) phx (DOT) gbl...
