The setup proceeds through the display screen for the MDAC
files, but at 6%, upon the actual copying, I receive the
following error - "An error occurred during the move data
process: -132."

Does any one what is the problem?

I'm running 2 SQL 2000 instances on the same server. I stopped the SQL
services but no luck.
