Hi. I want to know if there is a way to export the results (that is, the slices) shown in the cube browser (when browsing a cube) to Excel. I know how to connect from Excel to a cube with PivotTable report but I am not asking this. I don't want to retrieve the whole cube, only the slice that appears in cube browser. This slice only has one or two dimensions (each dimension with only one level) so I want to export to a basic Excel sheet (not to a Pivot table). I DON'Tt want to be able to expand and collapse levels, manipulate the results in a OLAP way, generate graphics or Web pages. I am looking for something *simple and quick* and the kind of Excel sheet a newbie in Excel can understand (the kind that it is learned in first class of Excel). (By the way, wouldn't it be great if cube browser had an "Export to Excel" button?) Is there a solution to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Vicent Palasi |
