Is it possible to make an offline Excel cube file (with pivot table) without
making .cub file. I mean to store it in the same Excel file where is pivot
table.

P.S. I make the pivot table using online conection to Analysis Server.

Yes, if you can write on VBA, first you must update one of sheet in excel
file with your data - second you can create cube based on this sheet
