Default Excel + AS 2005 - 10-10-2004 , 07:03 AM

I am trying to connect to AS 2005 via Excel (Office 2003). I can connect to
the server and select the cube however, when I press finish I get an error
saying "Initialization of data source failed". Any suggestions.

Hi ,

From your descriptions, I understood that you would like to connect
Analysis Services 2005 via Excel 2003. Have I understood you? Correct me if

its related issues are not offically supported here as it haven't been
