I have tw Errors when i starting the BI Portal on two Clients Clients

Now following message is coming

The Client PC is Windows 2000 Professional with SP3, all Windows Updates, IE 6 with SP1 all IE Updates and the MDAC 2.7 with Service Pack 1

Now I have installed to the first the MDAC 2.7 with SP1 and the the Office Xp Web Components (owc10.exe - no errors there are coming in the installing)

And when i starting the BIP Portal there is coming the messages on the top the the mail
