when i am going for cube creation process in my application iam getting an
error "design aggregation failed for partition . cannot generate sspi context
HY000"
in my R&D i found that the last part of the error can haapen When native
error will
contain the WIN32 error code . but iam sure in this respect?..

This is a general error returned by SQL Server RDBMS.
Look in BOL and KB articles on the subject.
It isn't really about Analysis Services at all.
