I am using Analysis Manager.

I am trying to Restore Database from foodmart.cab file
that comes with MSSQL Server 2000.

When I try to do this as a a User in the OLAP
Administrators group I get an error saying:

"Another archival or restoration process is currently in
progress on this machine, Cannot continue restoration at
this time"

But as a user in the Administrator groups it works fine.

What do I need to do to make it work with out giving
Administrator rights to the user.

I don't understand. Is your AS database restoration a recurring process?
If not, why not just grant the user temporary admin rights and take
it away later.
