Sometimes we get this error when trying to drill to detail
using Office web Components (with drillthrough.htc). Some
days it works, and some days not, from the same client PC.

"Unable to drill through. The operation has failed because
of an error in the COM component (Microsoft OLEDB
Persistence provider). Unspecified error."

We use ASY2K sp3 and use "OLE DB Provider for Oracle" to
data stored in Oracle 8.1.7.

It's a pretty generic error. One common cause of the problem is the
DrillThrough query timeout. By default, it's 30 seconds, you can increase
the value by edit the value of commandtimeout via ADOMD.
