I'm trying to create a new cube partition and i get the following error:
"user-defined partitions are available only if you install analysis services
for sql server 2000 enterprise edition"
Before yesterday the problem did not occure

This means that you got a standard Analysis server installed, User-defined
OLAP Partitions is an enterprise feature. See also Books Online "Features
Supported by the Editions of SQL Server 2000"

If you are not sure what you got installed do I suggest to run the script
from the operation guide at:
