Default Enable to browse data in Analysis Services - 02-16-2004 , 09:36 AM

I've just installed Analysis Services.

-I created a database.
-I created a data source.
-I followed the wizard to created a shared dimension.

Everything was fine until the wizard's last step where I read:
"Enable to browse data in share dimension 'new dimension' unspecified error"

I've tried with others data sources, I've built and processed all the cube following the Analysis Manager Tutorial, at the end I've got the same error. Does anybody knows what I can do¿ I appreciate any help. Thanks.

I have also seen this happen if you install Office on the same machine. If
you do it out-of-order, then Office (because of OWC support) lays on some
updated rlls. To fix it, go to add/remove programs and bring up Office. One
of the options is a "Repair" option. Select that.

Good Luck.
