Hi,

when I drillthrough from my cube, only the default language content is
returned and not the trnaslated version!!!
why????

My cubes are in English (default) and French; French users see only english
content (both column title and result) in english not in french.
everything else is in french, and when I monitor the accesses to the server
I see that the french language is asked by the front end application.

any workaround?
does it a know issue?

Hey Jéjé,

Never heard about a such thing. When you're exploring your cube via
Visual Studio forcing the language settings, can you see your
dimensions, measures, KPI and Calculations in French also
(inside Cube Viewer) ?

If you can specify the drillthrough command manually then you should be able
to specify a RETURN clause with CAPTION( <column> ) which would return the
localized captions -- by default, drillthrough returns the Names of the
columns which are not localized.

Unfortunately, this cannot be defined on the drillthrough action so the
default drillthrough will not be able to benefit from this.
