Does someone know how to have members that exist in multiple places in a
hierarchy ?
Using MSOLAP provider (pivot table services)/ Analysis Server ?
But without the requirement of having a balanced hierarchy.
I would be interested in the 'CREATE CUBE' and 'INSERT INTO' statements.
