Anyone knows if there is a 64-bit version of DSO (Decision Support Object)
which can be run on Itanium with Windows Server 2003?

There is no 64-bit version of DSO. You can run DSO programs from 32-bit
machine, and they will be able to connect to the 64-bit server.
