Default dimesion source table help - 12-01-2003 , 10:19 AM

I have my fact table in 1 database, and my star / dimension source tables in
another database.

they are both on the same sql 2k server.

I can add both datasources to the AS manager. I can create dimensions from
the tables.

I can not use the dimesions when building a cube! They dont show up. Only
those shared dimensions I created from the fact table database.

Thanks,

PCH

You could utilize a SQL view for this.
