Default Dimensional column changing data types - 07-15-2005 , 02:50 PM

One of the columns in a dimensional table I use is having the data type
changed from a Small Int to an Int within the next few weeks.

Is this something I should be concerned about in Analysis Services?

Nope.
Internally most storage is done via Int's (or bitmaps) anyway.

Thanks again for the quick response.

The Key Data property type says small int, and remains that way after the
change - should I change this to use Int?
