Default Dimension Schema Question - 12-08-2003 , 10:58 AM

I have a dimension which contains 4 levels.

Subtotal2 - Dimension Table
Subtotal1 - Dimension Table
Line Description - Dimension Table
Account Name - Dimension Table

People in our organization would like to see all of the
transactions detail in the fact table for a given period,
ledger etc, not just the summation of the total.

Subtotal2 - Dimension Table
Subtotal1 - Dimension Table
Line Description - Dimension Table
Account Name - Dimension Table
Transaction - Fact Table

The only way i can think to do this is to add the fact
table to the dimension. I need some help...not sure how to
go about this. I hope this explanation is sufficient.

Default Dimension Schema Question - Drillthrough - 12-08-2003 , 01:31 PM

I see after some research (I'm new at this OLAP stuff)
that what I need is drillthrough, so if anyone has any
code to enable drillthrough for Excel 2000, I could really
use it.

Thanks!
