When we run an MDX query in MDX sample app we get an error
message "Dimension member [Org].&[000700090034] not found
in name-binding function".

If we then pick the relevant cube from the MDX Sample App
cube dropdown list, and simply expand the Org dimension
down to the specific member (without copying or double-
clicking the member into the query pane) and re-execute
the query, the query works fine.

It seems that the Org dimension is not being cached until
it has been expanded. Has anyone seen any similar
behaviour?
