Digital Dashboard Resource Kit

I was reading through the SQL Server 2000 Resource Kit and it says that I can download the Digital Dashboard Resource KIt from http://microsoft.com/business/digitaldashboard. but I can't access that site. Does anyone kknow where I can download the latest version of the DDRK?
